REQUIREMENTS

: Candidates must be fast past, quick on their feet, have excellent communication skills, customer service experience, ambition, a positive attitude, dedication and pride in their work, career goals, and above all, unwavering professionalism. We want a team member who is willing to contribute ideas, talent and enthusiasm. We emphasize full involvement with our team and patients. We offer great pay in a great office environment. This position is a 4 days/week Monday-Friday (Rotates Monday - Thursday, then Tuesday - Friday). RESPONSIBILITIES

: The Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator represents the practice in all facets of patient services, which may include, but is not limited to; greeting patients, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, following up on email, sending correspondence, maintaining patient records and coordinating patient flow, etc.
