• Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL Class A Truck Driver and embark on an exciting journey delivering freight across long distances.

In this role, you will operate tractor-trailers equipped with manual transmissions, hauling refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and other specialized equipment. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service. This position offers the opportunity to travel extensively, experience diverse routes, and be part of a team committed to safety and professionalism. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks, ensuring cargo integrity and proper handling Transport various types of freight refrigerated goods. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking brakes, tires, lights, and load securement Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes traveled, and delivery documentation in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations Follow designated routes efficiently while managing delivery schedules and communicating proactively with dispatch teams Assist with route planning to optimize fuel efficiency and delivery times while ensuring compliance with all safety standards Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record 3 years exprience Proven experience driving tractor-trailers with manual transmissions in an OTR environment Familiarity with operating refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks is highly desirable Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures including load & unload operations using forklifts or other equipment Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to DOT regulations Ability to navigate route driving efficiently across diverse terrains and conditions Physical ability to perform load securement tasks and handle freight safely during loading/unloading processes Join us if you're passionate about driving excellence!
