Outdoor Event Staff & Brand Ambassador — Hermosa Beach (Part Time/On Call

Get paid to hang at the beach. No, really. SOLI Outdoors makes premium inflatable beach canopies for people who actually live outside. Hermosa is one of our key markets, and we're hiring 4-8 locals to be our on-the-ground crew this season. What you'd actually do Pop up SOLI canopies at events, partner activations, and brand days (under 2 minutes per setup — we'll train you) Hang out, talk to people, demo the gear, share the vibe Pack it back down at the end Sometimes we just send you to the beach with a SOLI to be seen out in the wild Grab content while you're at it (photos, short clips) The vibe we're looking for Based in or near Hermosa Beach Genuinely an outdoor person — beach, volleyball, surf, sports, whatever your thing is, you'd rather be doing it than sitting inside Can strike up a conversation with a stranger without it getting weird Can lift ~30-40 lbs (canopy bag + accessories) Weekends and short-notice events fit your life
