Job Description

Bring Dance Medicine, Sports Rehab, and High-Level Movement Analysis Into One Role Aim Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist who gets excited about movement, performance, biomechanics, dance medicine, and helping active people get back to doing what they love . This is not a basic ortho role with "dance" sprinkled into the job description. This is an established sports and orthopedic clinic with a real dance medicine niche, trusted relationships with local ballet studios and orthopedic surgeons, and the tools to help dancers, athletes, and active patients move better, recover stronger, and perform at a higher level. If you are the kind of PT who notices movement details other people miss, loves working with performers, and wants a role where your clinical brain actually gets used, this could be a very fun next step. Aim has built a strong foundation in performing arts physical therapy, so you are not starting from scratch. You are stepping into something established, respected, and ready for its next stage of growth. You get a caseload that keeps your clinical brain engaged. Expect a mix of 20 - 30% dancers and performing artists and 70 - 80% sports and orthopedic patients , giving you variety, challenge, and a steady flow of patients who care about moving well. You have the tools to assess movement at a deeper level. You will have access to VALD force plates, 3D motion capture, marker-less motion analysis, AlterG treadmill, BFR cuffs, Pilates reformer, ballet barre, and dance floor , so your evaluations and progressions can go far beyond "looks better to me." You can actually use your dance medicine skillset. Pointe readiness, return-to-dance progressions, ballet technique assessments, performance testing, injury prevention, dancer-specific strengthening, and technique-based exercise prescription are all part of the opportunity here. What You Will Do As a Physical Therapist at Aim Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy , you will evaluate and treat a mix of dance, performing arts, sports, and orthopedic patients . You will help patients recover from injury, return to the studio, get back on the field, improve performance, and feel confident in their movement again.
