In this role, you will help maintain and improve residential and commercial properties through a variety of outdoor services including lawn care, landscaping, seasonal services, and general property maintenance. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality workmanship, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. At Nestease, we focus heavily on professionalism, operational consistency, customer experience, and delivering high-quality results across every property we service. ## Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general lawn maintenance services.
• Complete landscaping and property enhancement services including mulching, bush trimming, weed removal, leaf removal, and yard cleanups.
• Assist with seasonal outdoor services such as gutter cleaning, aeration & overseeding, sprinkler winterization/restarts, snow removal, holiday lighting, and pressure washing.
• Safely operate outdoor equipment including stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping tools.
• Maintain clean job sites and deliver professional property presentation standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members during service visits.
• Follow company operational procedures, safety standards, and scheduling expectations.
• Utilize company applications and systems for route management, property notes, and service updates.
• Assist with loading/unloading trailers, equipment organization, and daily vehicle cleanliness. ## Qualifications
• Previous lawn care, landscaping, outdoor services, or property maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment/materials as needed.
• Valid driver's license preferred. ## Preferred Experience
• Lawn mowing and route servicing
• Mulching and landscape bed maintenance
• Bush and shrub trimming
• Weed removal and yard cleanups
• Aeration & overseeding
• Pressure washing
• Trailer and truck operation
