Job Description

If you're looking for a place where your clinical voice matters, your schedule has flexibility, and your coworkers actually know your name—you may have found it. Our Wooster outpatient office is hiring a licensed counselor or social worker in the State of Ohio with a passion for outpatient mental health counseling and a desire to work in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and collaborative treatment planning
  • Provide behavioral health services to adults and/or youth and adolescent clients
  • Focused on effective treatment with successful outcomes
  • Work as part of a treatment team
  • Independently licensed individuals, endorsed for supervision, may provide clinical training supervision to other non-independently licensed staff
Requirements and Experience:
  • Valid Ohio counselor or social work license (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC)
  • Background in trauma informed approaches a plus Full-time (30+ hours/week)
