A 25 bed Critical Access Hospital in Southeast Colorado is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join its primary care team consisting of one physician and two experienced advanced practice providers. This dedicated group is looking for a community minded physician who is passionate about delivering meaningful, high quality care to a rural population.

The Opportunity:

• $280,000+ base salary plus wRVUs
• 100% Outpatient role with no formal call requirements
• Treat on average 12-15 patients per day
