• Travel nursing Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Triage Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team.

In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking outpatient care, providing comprehensive triage assessments to determine urgency and appropriate level of care. Your expertise will guide patients through their initial evaluations, facilitate effective communication with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure accurate documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care across diverse medical settings.

Requirements:

3+ years current CLINIC/Primary Care experience [required] 2+ years CURRENT Triage experience [required]

A LARGE PART OF THIS POSITION IS PHONE TRIAGE.

Phone Triage experience [Strongly Required]

ATHENA EMR EXPERIENCE

] Travelers with Athena EMR will be given first consideration Traveler must have experience with and is comfortable giving injections / drawing blood [required] Previous travel experience

• Highly Preferred Adult Outpatient Experience [required] Rural/small facility experience
