Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Outside Labor worker, where your energy and dedication will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our outdoor projects. In this role, you'll be actively involved in assisting with various outdoor tasks, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. Your proactive attitude and willingness to work outdoors will help us deliver quality results while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities Assist skilled workers with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment across job sites. Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards. Report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors to prevent accidents or delays. Maintain a clean and organized outdoor workspace to promote efficiency and safety. Other tasks will be added along the way. Skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods. Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to assisting others on-site. Basic understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor construction or landscaping environments. Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively. Dependability with a positive attitude towards hard work in various weather conditions. Prior experience in outdoor labor, landscaping, construction support or related fields is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project needs.
