Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Dumpster Rental team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on territory management, lead generation, and upselling our products and services to B2B clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce to effectively manage sales processes. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation strategies. Conduct territory sales visits to establish and maintain relationships with clients. Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly. Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities. Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Manage your territory effectively, ensuring all potential clients are engaged and serviced appropriately. Provide feedback on product performance and market conditions to the management team. Experience Proven experience in outside sales. Familiarity with inside sales processes and lead generation techniques. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking sales progress. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and market opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members. A self-starter attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
