Job Description

Outside Sales Professional (OSP) Lotus Pest Control is a people-focused organization dedicated to providing exceptional services while fostering personal and professional growth for our team members. Role Overview We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Lotus Pest Control, conducting home inspections and proposing tailored solutions for pest, termite, and moisture management. You will partner with our Service Professionals to identify opportunities and ensure our customers receive the highest level of protection for their homes.
Key Responsibilities Daily Training & Reporting:
Attend daily branch training sessions via Google Meet and report on all daily sales activities.
Inspections:
Conduct 5 to 6 comprehensive home inspections per day for new leads and existing referrals.
Solution Proposing:
Present 2 to 3 tailored solutions per inspection to address customer needs.
Sales Performance:
Aim to close 1 to 2 sales per day to meet growth objectives.
Lead Management:
Utilize Field Routes to document all account activities and manage leads according to established routing protocols.
Customer Service:
Complete annual termite renewal inspections and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Solutions You Will Sell You will be trained to offer a comprehensive suite of protection services, including:
Moisture Control:
Crawlspace encapsulations, vapor barriers, vents, and borate treatments.
Termite Control:
Baiting systems, Termidor HE liquid treatments, and specialized borate applications.
Pest Control:
General pest services, mosquito reduction, fire ant treatments, mole treatments, and targeted German roach.
Attic Services:
Insulation installation, attic air sealing, and remediation.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Structure:
$20 hourly base plus commissions.
Commission Rates:
10% commission on one-time ancillary work and 15% commission on recurring revenue agreements.
Equipment:
All necessary equipment for the role will be provided and paid for by the company.
Training:
Comprehensive training provided by industry experts to ensure your success.
Job Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensing:
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing or certification exams (e.g., Termite, General Pest, or Ornamental Tree and Turf).
Availability:
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Physical Requirements:
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawlspaces under various weather conditions.
Skills:
Proven sales ability, basic math skills, and previous customer service experience.
