At this time, we are especially seeking representatives to cover Manatee and Polk counties. Key Qualifications and Skills Positive attitude Reliable transportation Excellent interpersonal skills Integrity and attention to detail Strong knowledge of windows and doors Familiarity with Florida building codes as they relate to our products Confidence in asking for the sale Strong follow-up abilities Organizational skills Comfortable using a computer Professional Quoting Process We utilize a laptop-based quoting process conducted directly in the customer's home. This ensures that every client receives a professional, itemized quote tailored to their specific needs. Compensation and Benefits We offer a leading commission-based compensation structure with dependable, on-time payments. Our representatives typically earn between $200,000 and $300,000 annually. After 30 days of employment, we provide paid health insurance, as well as affordable dental and vision coverage. Additionally, after one year, employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) matching program.
