In this full‑time, field‑based role, you'll meet with local businesses in person, learn about their needs, and introduce them to the products available to support their employees. You'll manage your territory through consistent outreach, follow‑up, and relationship‑building. This position is a strong fit for someone who communicates professionally, follows through on commitments, and works steadily within a structured process. Whether you have prior sales experience or are new to outside sales, our training and support are designed to help you perform with confidence. Your day‑to‑day work will include: Pipeline building: Building a steady pipeline through consistent outreach, follow‑up, and CRM management Local business outreach: Visiting local businesses to identify opportunities and develop long‑term relationships Service‑first approach: Using a service‑first approach to understand each business's needs and recommend appropriate products
Presentations:
Working toward conducting clear, professional presentations with business owners and decision‑makers Ongoing service: Providing reliable follow‑up and ongoing service to support existing partnerships Territory planning: Planning your weekly schedule to balance outreach, meetings, and follow‑up within your territory
Development:
Participating in training, coaching, and check‑ins to strengthen your skills Candidate profile: Consistent effort: A track record of consistent effort in previous work or projects Goal focus: Someone who works toward goals and takes pride in strong results Professional communication: Able to communicate professionally and build rapport with different types of people
Coachability:
