Outside Services - Mayacama Golf Club - Seasonal

A luxury hospitality destination in the heart of wine country is seeking energetic, service-focused individuals to join our Outside Services team for the season. This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional golf experience for Members and Guests by ensuring golf operations, cart services, bag handling, and practice facilities are maintained with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality and service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and stage golf cars outside the Golf Shop for daily play Retrieve golf bags from storage areas and load onto golf cars Assist Members and Guests with golf bag handling and related services Transport and stock practice balls throughout the practice facility and driving range Maintain practice areas by spacing practice balls and ensuring range presentation standards are met Operate tractors and ball-picking equipment to retrieve practice balls from the range Wash and maintain practice balls daily Remove golf bags from golf cars after play and return bags to assigned storage locations Clean and service golf cars, including washing, emptying waste, refilling sand bottles, and replacing scorecards, pencils, and tees Return golf cars to the cart barn and connect charging equipment as needed Assist with servicing electric golf cars and other club vehicles when necessary Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Bag Storage Room and Club Repair Room Wash towels and other reusable items to support daily operations Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Good judgment and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and at all organizational levels Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some college coursework is a plus Valid California Driver's License required Previous golf, hospitality, club, or customer service experience preferred but not required This is a Seasonal position offering sick time holiday pay(if worked), 401K Retirement Plan, 401K Employer Match, Free Parking, Free Meals, Free Golf, Club House Discounts and much more.
