AM Thursday:

3:30 PM•8:00 PM (4-day work week) A local production company in the Leland area is hiring Machine Operators for a hands-on manufacturing role. Candidates will be responsible for sub-assembly and final assembly operations while meeting quality and production standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate rivet and toggle lock machines Perform tasks including riveting, packing, and labeling Ensure all safety, quality, and operational procedures are followed Operate one-process machines Use measuring devices and hand tools Troubleshoot mechanical issues Perform minor repairs and equipment adjustments Meet production goals Heavy lifting required Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

At least 6 months of manufacturing experience Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Availability to work overtime on short notice Strong verbal and written communication skills Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment #IND1
