Overnight Mechanic

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Overnight Mechanic to join their fast-paced, entrepreneurial production team. This role is vital to the facility's success, tasking the mechanic with troubleshooting equipment issues and performing essential maintenance to ensure seamless mechanical operations across the plant. salary:

$60,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Thirdwork hours: 12 AM - 8

AMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Assess, adjust, and repair production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Execute preventative maintenance (PMs) and address breakdowns as directed by management. Respond to inter-departmental requests based on established priorities in a fast-paced environment. Troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical failures, reporting all findings to the Facilities Manager. Complete daily shift reports to maintain clear communication with the maintenance team.

Requirements Experience:

4 - 6 years of direct mechanical experience, preferably within a food manufacturing setting.

Technical Skills:

Deep knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift and maneuver objects weighing over 40 lbs and stand for long periods in both hot and cold environments.

Education:

Technician Certifications are required.
