Join Our Team at Cedar Healthcare Center•Overnight Weekend Baylor Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate weekend baylor to join our team of Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs).

CNA Baylor Incentive:

Additional 4hrs of pay for each weekend shift worked. Work 24hrs per week and get paid for 32!

Schedule :

Part-Time, Saturday & Sunday, Overnight 7:00pm•7:00am

Location :

Portsmouth, NH Sign-On Bonus!: $2,000

Pay Range :

$19.00•$25.00

Shift Differential :

Additional $3.50/hour for 7pm•11pm, and $4.00/hour for 11pm•7am!

What You'll Do :

Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding) Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Follow infection control and safety protocols Maintain accurate documentation and flow sheets

What We're Looking For :

Current, valid LNA or CNA license in the state of New Hampshire CPR/BLS certification preferred Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and stay organized Long-term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
