Salary and benefits are negotiable. Duties Conduct detailed patient evaluations including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history intake to establish accurate diagnoses. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Provide patient education on disease prevention, medication administration, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications aligned with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hospital medicine, urgent care, telehealth services, and community clinics to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
