, you will provide technical guidance and assistance to subordine elements, the headquarters operions section, and other staff sections in planning, coordining, preparing, conducting, and documenting individual and collective training. Serve as the technical specialist in readiness reporting for the organizion. Manage and oversee the administrion of the command's school program. Make recommendions and assist in the preparion of yearly training budget requirements for submission to higher headquarters based on yearly training guidance and training calendar. Ensure the proper forecasting, allocion, and usage of training ammunition within the command. Assist in the preparion of plans and procedures for anti-terrorism/force protection and military support to civil authorities. Currently employed permanent technician selected will occupy this position as a Promotion not to exceed or Reassignment as approprie in their present stus.

INDEFINITE

GENERAL EXPERIENCE

: All series personnel must be certified the next higher level before being eligible for th level and must have a minimum of one year on-the-job experience in the grade immediely below the next higher level. Must have the educion and valided understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupional series and grade. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

: Must have least 24 months experience th demonstred the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (Competencies/KSAs) to successfully perform the duties of the position. Knowledge of Army or Air Force vision, values, organizion, policy, and mission is mandory. Knowledge in training centers, training programs, schools, and units for these systems. Have experiences in conducting and developing educion and training programs. Also, experienced in conducting, supervising, or developing educion or training programs. Knowledge in the Army or Air Force educion and training policy requirements. Experienced in managing programs to include developmental educion, voluntary educion, advanced academic educion, promotion testing, and libraries. Knowledge is mandory of audio-visual presentions, educional tests and measurements, and instructing techniques. Knowledge is mandory of Army or Air Force educion and training programs in regard to their principles, policies, and procedures. Experienced in performing interviews and counseling techniques; training techniques and instruction methods; task analysis procedures, learning processes, curriculum development, training evaluions, and educion and training systems and products. Must have effective writing skills; editing practices; instructional media applicions, training reports, program and curriculum validion, and training implemention procedures. Experiences in training program management; scheduling training events and facilities; conducting assistance s and training meetings; work center and individual job qualificion standard development; educion institution registrion requirements; military personnel classificion system and policies; communicive interpersonal skill applicions; and distance learning concepts. Experienced in using audiovisual aids such as, mockups, graphs, training films, and film strips. Experienced in training aids such as, achievement and aptitude tests and ring scales. Experienced in identifying and conducting individual learning difficulties diagnoses and recommends courses of remedial instruction. Understands and applies basic classroom preparions for effective instruction using controlling factors such as, temperure, ventilion, lighting, cleanliness, and arrangement of desks and equipment.

QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE

Length of time is not of itself qualifying.
