Every day is different. You might be helping a student engage in learning, supporting them through a challenging moment, developing life skills, or celebrating a breakthrough that others may have thought impossible. The progress may be big or small, but every step forward matters. If you're patient, resilient, and passionate about making a genuine difference, this could be the career opportunity you've been looking for. What You'll Be Doing Supporting students in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis to help them achieve their individual goals. What matters most is that you have the patience, resilience and commitment to build positive relationships with young people. GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent required. A caring, patient and positive approach to supporting young people. The resilience to remain calm and consistent when situations become challenging. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Reliability, professionalism and an understanding of confidentiality. A willingness to learn, develop and adapt your approach around individual pupil needs. A genuine commitment to helping every young person achieve their potential. Driving Licence required.
