Seeking Full Time Maintenance person to be a part of our work family! Will Train. Tasks consist of detaching of homes, lock changes, installing or repairing signs, water/sewer meter reads, etc. Must have own truck. Rate $18/HR, medical with small co-pay, fuel. 401K.
