What We Offer Weekly pay of $15.00 per hour Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Get weekends off Training provided Weekly Pay Packaging Tasks & Duties Assemble mechanical components, wiring, hoses, and plumbing systems on equipment units. Perform basic electrical wiring and connections for switches, gauges, and control panels. Install pumps, motors, belts, hoses, and other key components. Conduct testing on completed units to ensure proper function, including water flow, pressure, and vacuum systems. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in the handling and operation of mechanical equipment and tools. Packaging Shift Info Day Shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Friday Packaging Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) Packaging experience preferred Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US Mechanical aptitude with experience in assembly, automotive, small engine, or related work. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, plumbing, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Possess a high level of technical skill, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and follow written instructions. Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical issues. Strong focus on quality and precision to ensure all systems meet company and industry standards. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management regarding work status, issues, and solutions. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
