Job Description
Description Minimum 2 years' experience Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of packaging associates.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Ensure that the team meets production goals and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production planning teams to schedule packaging activities based on production requirements.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures for packaging processes.
- Monitor packaging lines to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Address any issues related to packaging quality promptly.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of packaging machinery.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address equipment issues and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including production volumes, downtime, and quality control measures.
- Generate reports for management on packaging performance and efficiency.
- Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to packaging and labeling.
- Communicate regularly with other department leads and managers to ensure smooth coordination of production activities.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members. Requirements Qualifications and Education Requirements 4 or more years of experience. Preferred Skills
- Combination of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail to ensure the efficient and effective packaging of products.
