The goal of the Cannabis Packager is to ensure that all cannabis flowers are packaged appropriately and meet all quality control standards before being shipped out to the dispensaries for sale. General Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Measure, package, and label products to meet company, marketing, and customer expectations Ensure that packaging standards are maintained to support quality and production goals Guarantee the company's sanitary standards are maintained, including washing and sanitizing all equipment related to packaging function Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness to meet production standards Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area while performing job duties Work collaboratively with other employees to satisfy production goals Generate accurate inventory tracking methods for dry materials Maintain accurate inventory of product used for packaging
