Paddleboard Kiosk Attendant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team to help at our Paddleboard Kiosk at Pearl Lake. You will help in the day to day operations of assisting our guests in renting paddleboards and kayaks to go paddling out on the lake. Paddling experience is preferred but love for the outdoors is required. You will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our kiosk. This is a hands-on position that requires customer service skills, a good work ethic, composure under stress, and ability to multi-task. and. Most days are pretty busy with a constant flow of action. You will be asked to match customers with the right gear for paddling, help them launch onto the lake, and assist them back off the water when their rental time is done.

Responsibilities:

• Set customers up with proper gear and assist with launching and landing their boards from shore
• Communicate helpful tips for success in paddling
• Manage reservations and handle cash and cc transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk.
• Assist with inventory management and cleaning of gear
• Understanding and implementing our safety protocols on the lake
• Adhereing to a high level of professionalism

Experience:

• Previous experience in paddleboarding or kayaking is a bonus
• Must have valid driver's license and a functioning vehicle
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
