Job Description

We are working with a network of clinics in the greater Phoenix area to find a Pain management physician. Must have anesthesia residency and fellowship in Pain Management and preferably Board certified. Outpatient, 3 locations across Phoenix, AZ area,M-F, no calls, no weekends, support staff.
