Paint & Powder Coating Technician / Industrial Painting Large metal fabricating company seeks a Experienced Paint & Powder Coating Technician to wash and paint parts at their facility located in Willoughby, OH.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES INDUSTRIAL PAINTING EXPERIENCE

This is a full-time position where you will work Monday through Thursday from 6AM to 4:30PM and earn a competitive salary, depending on your experience. As a Paint & Powder Coating Technician, you will pretreat, clean, mask, prime and powder coat various metal parts, perform quality checks on product, and load parts onto the line ensuring maximum line capacity.

Other responsibilities include:

Powder coating parts using an electrostatic paint gun. Adjusting hanging patterns with corresponding color tags. Applying plugs and tape onto parts. Measuring, sanding, and correcting parts, as needed. Cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment. To qualify for these positions, you must have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related industrial painting or powder coating experience, and prior experience managing product inventory. You must also be able to: Operate a computer. Read blueprints and maintain paint line functionality. Lift at least 30+ lbs. and stand for the duration of your shift.
