ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Industrial Painter at our agricultural manufacturing facility, you'll be at the heart of our production line—operating state-of-the-art electrostatic powder coat painting systems to deliver a high-quality finish on the equipment our customers depend on. Your eye for detail and technical know-how keep our products looking and performing at their best.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operate electrostatic powder coat spray equipment on a production conveyor line Select colors, load hoppers, and calibrate spray guns, nozzles, and pressure valves for optimal coverage Monitor and record key process parameters: delivery pressure, atomization, deflector/sieve sizes, and line speed Inspect finished units for runs, sags, or missed areas—and correct them on the spot Troubleshoot paint defects and equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime Keep the paint booth, conveyor grounds, hoses, and spray heads clean and in top condition Perform regular PM on GEMA paint guns and order replacement parts Report weekly on paint inventory Perform all paint rework duties and minimize scrap Support assembly operations as needed Champion a safety-first culture every single day
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, and blueprints Basic math skills and comfort using tape measures (inches and millimeters) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Team player who communicates well and pitches in where needed Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing the job right Must complete company safety training

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a physically active role.
You should be comfortable with:
Standing and walking for extended periods throughout your shift Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs frequently with assistance Stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching as part of normal duties Working in an environment with noise, paint fumes (PPE provided), heat, and moving equipment
