Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Painter/Sander to prepare and finish heavy equipment with high-quality industrial coatings. You'll be the final touch that makes our rebuilt pavers stand out on the job site.

Responsibilities:

Sand, grind, and clean equipment surfaces for paint prep Apply primers, sealers, and industrial coatings using spray equipment Mix and match paint colors to specifications Mask and protect non-painted areas Inspect and touch up finished work Maintain painting and sanding tools

Qualifications:

Experience in industrial or automotive painting (heavy equipment is a plus) Knowledge of spray painting techniques and surface prep tools Strong attention to detail and safety practices Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
