RESPONSIBILITIESAssemble components of pallets and/or trussesTransfer pallets from the assembly area to the holding areaStack completed product under set proceduresCover, label, and band together finished productsMay include operation of conveyors, tape machines, pallet jacks, and forkliftsInspect product quality upon completionMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentComply with company safety protocols and always wear protective gear

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required to stand for long periods of timeExperience in manufacturing, assembly or warehouses preferred; willing to provide trainingWill involve some repetitive motionsMust be able to work in various weather and temperature conditionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organization skillsMay engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pullingGreat attendance and punctualSurge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
