Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Palletizer to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently stacking, organizing, and preparing products on pallets to ensure safe and accurate shipments. Responsibilities Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment to move products within the facility Assemble and stack products onto pallets following packaging specifications and safety guidelines Use hand tools and basic machining techniques to assist with product handling and packaging tasks Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet manufacturing standards and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations Maintain accurate inventory records and document palletizing activities diligently Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve efficiency Follow safety procedures consistently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools in a warehouse or manufacturing setting Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs if needed Strong understanding of packaging processes within a manufacturing environment Familiarity with CGMP standards to ensure compliance during production activities Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying product quantities Warehouse experience emphasizing safety, efficiency, and accuracy Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Join us in a dynamic role where your hands-on skills and proactive attitude will help keep our operations running smoothly!
