• Part-time, Full-time Medical musculoskeletal and pain management practice with locations in Wilson and Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a motivated and personable Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team.

We are seeking a full-time or part-time provider for a busy outpatient MSK and pain management practice with additional services in wellness and obesity management. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and motivated new graduates seeking hands-on training and mentorship in musculoskeletal medicine and interventional pain management. The role is primarily clinic-based and includes evaluation and management of musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions, medication management, wellness and obesity medicine services, and office-based procedures. Procedure training is available for motivated candidates interested in expanding their procedural skill set.

Responsibilities may include:

Evaluation and management of musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions Medication management and follow-up care Development of treatment plans and patient education Wellness and obesity management services Office-based procedures (joint injections and trigger point injections) and more advanced procedural training available as training progresses

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program Eligible for licensure in North Carolina Board certified or board eligible/DEA License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach
