- Drafting, editing, and finalizing legal documents with precision
- Managing case files, timelines, and key deadlines
- Supporting attorneys with substantive legal work
- Handling client intake and communication with professionalism
- Keeping workflows organized, efficient, and on track What They're Looking For
- 3+ years of paralegal experience (7-10+ strongly preferred)
- Paralegal certificate (required) and bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Strong skills in legal drafting and case management
- Knowledge of corporate law and transactions
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy
