Bakersfield, CA | $50-90K (DOE) This is an in-person, on-site position in Bakersfield, CA. A role worth a second look.   • Drafting, editing, and finalizing legal documents with precision
  • Managing case files, timelines, and key deadlines
  • Supporting attorneys with substantive legal work
  • Handling client intake and communication with professionalism
  • Keeping workflows organized, efficient, and on track What They're Looking For
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience (7-10+ strongly preferred)
  • Paralegal certificate (required) and bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Strong skills in legal drafting and case management
  • Knowledge of corporate law and transactions
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy
