This role supports high-volume litigation , including e-filing, court scheduling, and document prep in Kentucky and Ohio . What You'll Do Draft/file complaints, affidavits, motions, exhibits Handle e-filing (KY & OH courts) Schedule hearings and manage deadlines Maintain case files and assist attorneys Edit/prepare documents using Adobe PDF What You Need 2+ years paralegal experience (law firm required) Legal collections experience E-filing experience (KY preferred, OH a plus) Experience scheduling court hearings Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Quick Screening Questions (Required) Do you have law firm collections experience ?
