Job Description
We are seeking paramedic's or critical care paramedics to join our team! We are a seeking paramedic's or critical care paramedics to work in LaSalle, IL providing 9-1-1 services and limited interfacility services as part of our staffing services for the LaSalle Fire Department. We are a progressive company that strives to create a work/life balance in a demanding career field. The schedule is 48 on 96 off.
Salary:
Pay ranges between $76,544/yr to $110,294/yr depending on years of experience and critical care certification.Benefits:

Staged at the LaSalle Fire Department - No posting outside. Station has sleeping quarters, shower, and kitchen. Ambulances Equipped with Stryker Power Cots and PowerLoad system.Responsibilities:
Provide patient care while transporting patients. Share driving and patient care responsibilities as applicable. Operate and drive ambulance in conjunction with applicable safety policies and laws Maintain patient confidentiality and perform all care with respect for patient rights Transport patients in accordance with system protocols and company policies and procedures Document patient care utilizing company ePCR platform Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients Perform station details as assigned by the Fire Chief. Adhere to the guidance provided in the company handbook and all other policies, procedures, and guidelines set forth by Stark County Ambulance Service and LaSalle Fire Department. Attend continuing education monthly. Competency Requirements Team members must obtain or maintain an Illinois State Paramedic License along withAHA BLS, ALCS, PALS
certification, and either ITLS or PHTLS certification Critical Care Paramedics must have attended an 80-hour Critical Care course. Must obtain entry into the OSF St Elizabeth Ottawa EMS system. Valid Driver's License Physical Requirements Work without any documented physical restrictions. Ability to perform heavy work that involves walking, standing, stooping, lifting, pushing, and raising objects which will involve lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds on a regular and recurring basis and between 100-200 pounds on an infrequent and emergent basis.Job Type:
