SEASONAL PARKS MAINTENANCE WORKER

(SPORTS COMPLEX) Do you have a background in sports or familiar with sports fields set up? Come join this team and work outdoors! In partnership with Clark County, we're seeking passionate individuals to join the grounds maintenance team.

LOCATION

 

Vancouver, WA SALARY:

$20.77 per hour

SCHEDULE

 Full-Time, Wed-Sunday, Day shift, 8 hour days Temporary 4-6 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain lawn and field for the sportsplex Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, pressure washing, leaf blowing Empty garbage cans, pick up litter and keeping the facilities clean and clear of debris Load and unload materials and equipment from work trucks. Assist with seasonal tasks, such as bench painting and small repairs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience with push and riding lawn mowers. Experience with sports field maintenance or set up preferred. Prior grounds maintenance or landscaping experience. Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position involves physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
