Position will work a flexible part-time schedule between the hours for 8am and 4pm M-F for approximately 20 hours per week. Position will process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, input them into Quickbooks, process payroll for a small team, process sales tax payments, assist with phones and customer service, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years' experience with accounting software and bookkeeping Candidates must be seeking at part-time position for next 2+ years minimum Processing Payroll for a small team Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAGE (or other accounting software such as QuickBooks) Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Position will pay $20/hr to start. Business is open Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm. Schedule is flexible for parents or candidates needing time off during the work week. Candidates will submit to background and drug screening post-job offer.
