Job Description

Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)A community-based organization is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support. This role will work closely with leadership to help manage communications, scheduling, and general office functions.

Coordinate internal and external communications, including email updates, correspondence, and digital platformsMaintain calendars, assist with scheduling, and support event/logistics coordinationOversee general office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and basic data entry for bookkeepingAssist with reporting, documentation, and administrative processesSupport financial tracking and coordination with external partners as neededPart-time (approximately 20-25 hours/week)On-site role
