Part Time Afternoon School Age Teacher

After School Teacher & Driver (2026-2027 School Year) Discovery Kidzone Montessori School Play is at the core of who we are. Discovery Kidzone is hiring energetic, dependable, and fun-loving After School Teachers and Drivers for the 2026-2027 school year beginning in August. We're looking for team members who bring positive energy, enjoy working with children, and can help create a safe, exciting, and engaging environment after school each day. Position Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required Comfortable driving a 14-passenger van/bus Ability to actively engage with children indoors and outdoors What You'll Do Safely transport children to and from local schools and activities Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging after school environment Supervise children and ensure safety at all times Lead games, outdoor play, creative activities, and hands-on learning experiences Encourage positive social interactions and conflict resolution Support children's independence, confidence, and self-esteem Assist with snacks, bathroom routines, and diapering/toileting when needed Communicate professionally with families and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive team culture What We're Looking For No experience necessary — paid training provided Reliable, upbeat, and patient personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment Passion for working with children and creating meaningful experiences CPR Certification within 30 days of hire Completion of all state licensing requirements and trainings Compensation & Benefits Base pay is determined by education and experience Why Discovery Kidzone?
