Part-Time AMFT/HFS Trainer

Grow with Cogleap — Where Innovation Meets Compassion Cogleap Center for Cognitive and Mental Health integrates neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and psychotherapy to support children and teens with ADHD, autism, and twice-exceptional (2e) profiles. Our psychotherapy branch provides mental health services for children and families through individual, couples, and family counseling , as well as parenting workshops . We also developed the HFS® Cognitive Training System — an innovative intervention combining structured cognitive exercises, bone-conductive music, mindfulness, and AI-assisted personalization to address behavioral, social-emotional, attentional, and compulsivity challenges. We are currently expanding and seeking compassionate, motivated part-time therapists to join our multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct child therapy sessions incorporating HFS® elements (training provided).
• Support administrative and program activities as needed.
• Maintain legal and ethical standards as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• Work approximately 5-10 hours per week. Qualifications
• Active AMFT or Associate LCSW registration in California.
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Benefits
