Part-time Automotive Parts Assistant

Overview Looking for an experienced Automotive Inventory/ Data Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with data management tasks. Responsibilities Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. Collaborate with suppliers for effective procurement management and pricing. Assist in demand planning and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly. Support your Parts team/management of activities - including shipping & receiving as needed. Skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual is a plus but not required. (Spanish) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
