As A Crew Leader You Will:

Lead team to success by exemplifying the excellent customer service and the values of Club Car WashTrain and support team members at varying experience levelsExceed service expectations and performance standardsCreate a positive experience for every customer, every time by showing your eagerness to provide the "extra mile" of serviceDisplay a fresh and professional appearance at all timesBe ready to work in accordance with all Club Car Wash rules, policies, and protocols

What We Are Looking For In You:

Minimum of 18 years of ageA strong work ethic and team player mindset Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditionsAble to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environmentHaving a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitudeAbility to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
