San Clemente, California Position Type Part time, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (10am to 2pm/3pm) Office based role About the Role HOA Elections of California, Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail focused team member to support the administration of homeowner association elections. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable handling time sensitive materials and communications. The work is performed in a professional office environment and involves both administrative and operational responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities Receive and process mailed ballots and election materials Assist with preparing and assembling election mailings using office equipment Maintain accurate records and tracking logs Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails from homeowners and management companies Enter and update information in Excel and Zoho CRM Follow established procedures for handling confidential election materials Required Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working with computers and office software Working knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Google email and calendar, Excel, and CRM systems Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain consistency Dependable, punctual, and professional Preferred Qualities Prior administrative or office experience Experience with data entry or record keeping Ability to handle repetitive tasks with care and precision Comfort working with deadlines and schedules Professional demeanor when interacting with customers Work Environment This is an in office position. The role involves handling election related documents and materials, working with standard office equipment, and coordinating with coworkers. Accuracy, discretion, and procedural compliance are essential.
