Founded in 1867, King University is a comprehensive Christian university located in Bristol, Tennessee. King is dedicated to providing students with a rich and rigorous academic experience that integrates faith, learning, and service in a close-knit, student-centered community. King is now accepting applications for an adjunct faculty position in the School of Nursing for the Traditional BSN Program. This adjunct position will require faculty presence on the Bristol Campus and/or at clinical sites. The King University nursing program is fully approved by the Tennessee Board of Nursing and accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must hold an MSN from an accredited nursing program; must hold an RN license in TN or compact multistate or be eligible for licensure in TN; have experience in nursing practice; excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in the usage of technology; The candidate must have and be able to articulate a personal faith in the Lordship of Jesus Christ and support the mission of King University.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous teaching experience in higher education and supervision of students in a clinical setting.

Proficiency in written and spoken English required
