We're looking for a Food Prep Support team member who brings care, consistency, and pride to every task. Our menu is built on our signature focaccia—served as breakfast sandwiches, lunch stacks, and loaded focaccia—so attention to detail and a love for simple, beautiful food is essential. What You'll Do Prep Ingredients — Chop, portion, and organize fresh produce, proteins, spreads, and toppings for daily service. Support Focaccia Production — Assist with slicing, portioning, warming, and assembling focaccia for breakfast and lunch builds. Assemble Menu Items — Build sandwiches, loaded focaccia, and café plates with consistency, speed, and aesthetic care. Maintain Kitchen Flow — Keep prep areas stocked, clean, and organized throughout service. Follow Food Safety Standards — Uphold ServSafe‑aligned practices for cleanliness, labeling, and storage. Collaborate with the Team — Communicate clearly with baristas, bakers, and café leads to keep service smooth and guest‑focused.
