Position Overview We are hiring our first HR professional to build, implement, and manage core HR functions. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, structure, and supporting a people-first culture. This role will also play a key part in developing our employees and helping them reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Manage and improve ongoing HR policies as well as implementing additional practices Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Manage performance review processes and tracking Promote culture and employee engagement Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices Qualifications 1-5 years of HR experience or relevant education in Human Resources Strong execution and process-building mindset Interest in growing within an HR role in a developing organization Basic understanding of HR compliance and employment practices Organized, proactive, and people-focused Comfortable working independently with guidance from leadership Why This Role Build HR from the ground up Direct impact on culture and team experience In-office position with scheduling flexibility Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
