Job Description
Compensation:
$14 - $14.50 hourlyResponsibilities:
Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentQualifications:
Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Overnight shift; requires flexible hours Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered for this position Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 20 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding guest expectations.
