Part-Time Position Summary:

Richmark Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will ensure that all common areas, model units, and amenities are kept in pristine condition, contributing to a positive living experience for our residents and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, restrooms, laundry rooms, and community centers Perform general housekeeping duties for model apartments and vacant units Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas, including parking lots, grounds, and walkways Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in designated areas Clean and sanitize public restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies Follow the property's cleaning schedule and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the appropriate staff Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and inform management when stock needs replenishing Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Assist in seasonal cleaning or special cleaning projects as needed Willing to perform minor maintenance such as adding drip pans, cleaning light globes, changing a filter or light power washing

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work, preferably in a multifamily or residential setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and cleanliness standards Reliable and dependable work ethic Richmark is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
