Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces using industry-standard methods and equipment Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing Greet guests warmly at the front desk, check-in/check-out guests promptly, and address their inquiries with enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, reception desk, and surrounding spaces to uphold a professional appearance Manage reservations, update guest records accurately, and assist with scheduling requests or special accommodations Follow safety protocols during cleaning and laundry tasks to ensure a secure environment for yourself and guests Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping roles with a focus on quality service.
