This role supports the church's mission by fostering biblical discipleship, equipping leaders, and ensuring ministries operate in an organized, Christ-centered, and theologically faithful manner consistent with the church's Reformed convictions. Primary Responsibilities Spiritual Leadership Maintain a growing and credible Christian walk marked by spiritual maturity and servant leadership. Uphold and support the Westminster Confession of Faith and doctrinal commitments. Work closely with pastor and elders to ensure ministries align with the church's mission and theology. Discipleship & Congregational Life Coordinate and strengthen ministries, including small groups, Bible studies, and leadership development. Support the integration and care of members within the life of the church. Help cultivate a culture of spiritual growth, fellowship, and service. Christian Education Coordinate education for families, students and adults. Assist in selecting and organizing biblically sound curriculum consistent with Reformed theology. Equip and encourage teachers and ministry leaders. Ministry Coordination Oversee ministry calendars, scheduling, and communication across church ministries. Recruit, train, and support volunteers and small group leaders. Provide organizational leadership while avoiding unnecessary program complexity. Administration & Communication Utilize church management and communication tools effectively. Assist with ministry logistics, records, and event coordination. Communicate ministry opportunities clearly and consistently. Collaborate with the Communication Team to promote programs through email, website and social media Qualifications A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a clear testimony of faith. Agreement with the Westminster Confession of Faith and doctrinal standards. Experience in church ministry, discipleship, education, or ministry coordination preferred. Strong organizational, relational, and communication skills. Ability to lead, equip, and encourage volunteers and ministry leaders. Familiarity with church management software and basic ministry technology preferred.

Position Details Reports to:

Senior Pastor and/or Session (Elders)

Part-Time Schedule:

20 hours per week including Sundays, some evenings, and ministry events

Compensation:
